Weekly Updates
One of the most important tools we have designed for our clients is the weekly update package.  Keeping the client informed is of utmost importance.  We realized many years ago that doing more marketing and advertising than the competition isn't enough.  The clients have no way of knowing how much brilliant marketing has been done on their property if they are not properly informed.  Also, sometimes it doesn't matter how much is spent on outstanding marketing because the market might be flat.  Clients need to know what is going on with the market and what people are saying after viewing their property.  So we send a weekly packet of information to every client.  This packet includes market data from the MLS, realtor.com weekly reports with a bar graph showing activity, a copy of at least one advertisement per package and more. 

Internet Lead Generation
The Internet is here to stay. Statistics have shown that over 90% of persons looking to buy real estate immediatly begin their search online. Having a fabulous website to show our listings is great but it helps a lot more if we are on the cutting edge of search engine optimization and buyer lead generation. Pulling buyer information is key to get them into your property in order to sell your property. On a daily basis we check our statistics to see how we can improve our websites by bringing more traffic and capturing more buyer leads. We use everything from pay-per-click to blog sites to MLS search engines to meta tags. Google Analytics helps us follow statistical patterns in a methodical manner. This is all a benefit to you the client working with a real estate team that is a well oiled machine!

Realtor.com Reports
Every listing we have is advertised on realtor.com with extra pictures, extra text about the property and a virtual tour (unless the client opposes). Showing Feedback
For over 15 years we have been giving our clients feedback information to keep them informed.  We discovered that making phone calls and leaving messages was not the most efficient way to get feedback from agents.  We then decided that a simple fax form would make things much easier for the agent, which in turn would yield a much higher feedback response rate.  After that we found out about Homefeedback.com which is an automated system using the registered lockbox and the Internet. Agents love this system and so do we. Not only does it remind the agents with pictures and informatiojn about the property so that they remember exactly which property it is, but the response percentage increased significantly and the statistic report really zeros in on what the market is directly saying about the property. You the seller will get direct emails from the buyer's agent as soon as the feedback form is filled out.

Brochures
An extensive color brochure advertising your property (including the price) will be displayed inside your home expanding upon the selling points while providing an assortment of professional photographs using very special high dollar photography which the competition isn't using except for very high-end property. Relocating buyers love our brochures which include a wealth of information on the property for sale.  The fliers at the street are only one page front and back. We call these "teasers" because we want the buyer to gain just enough interest so that they schedule a showing. We can't produce a sale unless we receive offers and we can't receive offers unless buyers physically come in to see the house. Please compare our brochure to the competition.
